A Leader Serves

In just about any organization, we often hear of new leadership styles that seek to introduce the idea of change. But, change for the sake of change? And, for whose benefit? The cynic might respond that it is only for the benefit of those who introduce that change, be they the executive at the top or the consultant brought in to introduce such change. Those of us in positions of leadership or those who aspire to be leaders are called to discover whether there is a proven way to engage an organization and its people, a way that actually works for the benefit of all.

Come hear from a proponent of Servant Leadership, a proven management style that has the potential to deliver superior results for both the organization and all the members of that organization.
