Fatherhood – “To Serve and Protect”

Jim Stenson, Author and Education Consultant

Jim Stenson, Author and Education Consultant

A good deal of 20th-century thought was devoted to reexamining and upending the traditional model of the family. While the role of the mother sparked much debate, what has often been lacking in this dialogue about family life is a compelling and modern evaluation of the role of the father. The strength and patience of the father are manifested not only in his professional work, but also in his service to and protection of his wife and children. Both his public and his private roles are essential to the fabric of the family. Please join the Leadership Forum to hear author and consultant James B. Stenson speak on the topic of “The Father as Protector”.
