Sonia Lo

Having trained as a professional chef after selling her software company 12 years ago, Sonia Lo reconnected with the food industry and was alarmed to learn about all of the dysfunction, pollution and ecological hazards in our nation’s food supply. In anticipation of the Holy Father’s encyclical on climate change, Sonia will talk about her experience as an impact investor and how she’s found grace and truth in being an unlikely lady farmer.
